UVÍTACÍ BONUS

1.1 Program uvítacích bonusů (dále jen „Program“) je k dispozici všem Klientům Společnosti, kteří splnili kritéria pro tento Program uvedená v bodech 1.2 a 3.1 Všeobecných obchodních podmínek.

1.2 Aby se Klient mohl Programu zúčastnit, musí mít u Společnosti otevřený Obchodní účet v souladu se Smlouvou o otevření účtu a musí být starší 18 let nebo musí dosáhnout zákonného věku platného v zemi bydliště klienta, nebo jinak nesmí být v zemi bydliště považován za „nezletilého“.

1.3 Klient tímto bere na vědomí, potvrzuje a souhlasí s tím, že bude právně vázán Všeobecnými obchodními podmínkami uvedenými v tomto Programu a/nebo v jakékoli jiné právně závazné Smlouvě mezi klientem a Společností.

1.4 Prostřednictvím Programu se Klient může Klienti se musí do tohoto programu přihlásit na klientském portálu Radex Markets a musí splnit požadovaný počet minimálních standardních lotů zobchodovaných během obchodního období 2 měsíců od data přijetí do programu, aby se kvalifikovali na bonus.

1.5 Poté, co klient dosáhne požadovaného počtu zobchodovaných lotů, musí o tom informovat společnost, která poté žádost klienta posoudí a po schválení klientovi udělí „uvítací bonus“. Upozorňujeme, že posouzení žádosti klienta o uvítací bonus společností bude trvat přibližně tři pracovní dny. Po schválení bude uvítací bonus připsán na obchodní účet klienta.

2.1 The campaign period for this Program shall commence as of 2nd January 2024 and end on 31th of December 2024.

2.2 The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate this Program at its sole discretion, and at any time without prior notice.

3.1 The Program only applies to new real trading accounts opened on or after the 1st March 2022, that are fully funded and activated. Applicable account types are STANDARD Accounts and RAW Accounts (MAM accounts do not qualify for the Program).

3.2 The calculation of valid lots traded for the Welcome Bonus Program is based on the volume traded on Forex and Metal (Gold and Silver); any volume traded on Indices/CFDs, and Oil is not counted towards valid lots traded. Valid lots traded will be considered when a trade is closed. One standard lot means a lot traded Round Turn beyond 5 minutes. Any lot that is opened and closed within 5 minutes will not be counted as a completed lot traded.

3.3 The Welcome Bonus will be calculated based on USD only. Should the base currency of the trading Account differ, the appropriate conversion rate will apply.

3.4 The Company will not be liable for any potential issues or losses on the client’s front, including any financial losses that may be incurred during the campaign period. Forex and derivatives involve a high level of risk. There is a possibility that a client may experience a significant loss that can quickly exceed the initial investment. Please take extra care and be cautious when handling trading risks.

3.5 All Bonus and Incentive Programs are at the Company’s discretion.

4.1 Bonus v rámci tohoto Programu je jednorázový a nelze jej sčítat ani opakovaně nárokovat.

4.2 Po registraci Klienta do Programu uvítacích bonusů, pokud na účtu při registraci zůstane alespoň 200 USD čistého vkladu a klient splní požadovaný minimální počet zobchodovaných Standardních lotů, společnost informuje o své kvalifikaci e-mailem, živým chatem nebo prostřednictvím svého správce účtu. Společnost posoudí kvalifikaci Klienta a po schválení mu připíše odpovídající bonusovou částku na účet. Další podrobnosti o hodnotách uvítacích bonusů jsou následující:

Například: Klient vloží 1 000 USD na svůj aktivovaný reálný účet, zaregistruje se do Programu uvítacích bonusů a následně dokončí 15 Standardních lotů. Po oznámení kvalifikace společnosti Radex Markets společnost posoudí žádost Klienta. Pokud jsou splněny všechny požadavky, bude na účet Klienta připsána bonusová částka 50 USD. Od té chvíle nebudou žádné další zobchodované loty zahrnuty do výpočtu Programu.

4.3 Clients who have completed the number of required standard lots need to send an email to [email protected] from the registered email address on file to claim the bonus. Below is the template for a bonus-claiming email:
Subject: (Trading Account Number) + (Client Name) + Welcome Bonus Application
Email Content: (Trading Account Number) + (Client’s Full Name) + Numbers of standard trading lots completed
Clients could also notify Radex Markets through Live Chat or through their account manager.

4.4 The terms of 60 calendar days in this Program will come into effect after the Client has funded their trading account as well as being accepted by the Company to enter the Program. The Company will notify participants of acceptance via email.

4.5 After being accepted to enter the Program, the Client’s lots traded on the trading account will be deemed as valid lots traded. Please note, any lots traded prior to entering this Program and after the bonus is granted will not be counted towards valid lots traded.

4.6 The Welcome Bonus can be applied to one (1) Account per Client and per IP address only. In the event that a Client has already applied for the Welcome Bonus to a live Account, no other sub-account may apply for this Welcome Bonus under any circumstances.

4.7 Under this Program, the Welcome Bonus that each client can earn is up to USD $500.

4.8 The Program cannot be combined with other offers or other bonus programs offered by the Company.

5.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse to offer this Program at its sole discretion without the need to provide justification.

5.2 If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused and/or manipulated the Terms and Conditions of this Program by hedging their positions internally (using other trading accounts held with the Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers) and/or has not acted in good faith, the Company reserves the right to refuse to grant the bonus.

5.3 If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has more than one account under this Program, the Company reserves the right to refuse to give the bonus.

6.1 Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Company’s Management in a fair manner.

7.1 The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products that involve a high level of risk. When trading in such products, it is possible for Clients to lose all their invested capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone, and Clients should ensure that they understand the risks involved. Clients should seek independent advice if necessary.

7.2 These Terms and Conditions are made in the English language. Any other language translations are provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and their translations, the original versions of English, shall prevail.
