WELCOME BONUS

1.1 Program Bonusu Powitalnego (zwany dalej „Programem”) jest dostępny dla wszystkich Klientów Spółki, którzy spełnili kryteria tego Programu określone w punktach 1.2 i 3.1 Regulaminu.

1.2 Aby Klient mógł uczestniczyć w Programie, musi otworzyć Rachunek Handlowy w Spółce zgodnie z Umową Otwarcia Rachunku i musi mieć ukończone 18 lat lub wiek prawny obowiązujący w kraju zamieszkania Klienta lub w inny sposób nie może być uważany za „nieletniego” w kraju zamieszkania.

1.3 Klient niniejszym przyjmuje do wiadomości, potwierdza i akceptuje, że jest prawnie związany Warunkami określonymi w niniejszym Programie i/lub jakiejkolwiek innej prawnie wiążącej Umowie pomiędzy Klient i Spółka.

1.4 W ramach Programu uprawnieni Klienci muszą złożyć wniosek w Portalu Klienta Radex Markets, aby wziąć udział w Programie i spełnić wymaganą liczbę minimalnych standardowych lotów w ciągu 2 miesięcy od daty akceptacji Programu, aby zakwalifikować się do Premii.

1.5 Po osiągnięciu wymaganej liczby lotów, Klient musi powiadomić Spółkę, która następnie rozpatrzy wniosek Klienta i przyzna mu „Premię Powitalną” po jego zatwierdzeniu. Należy pamiętać, że rozpatrzenie wniosku Klienta o Premię Powitalną zajmie Spółce około trzech dni roboczych. Po zatwierdzeniu, Premia Powitalna zostanie zaksięgowana na rachunku handlowym Klienta.

2.1 The campaign period for this Program shall commence as of 2nd January 2024 and end on 31th of December 2024.

2.2 The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate this Program at its sole discretion, and at any time without prior notice.

3.1 The Program only applies to new real trading accounts opened on or after the 1st March 2022, that are fully funded and activated. Applicable account types are STANDARD Accounts and RAW Accounts (MAM accounts do not qualify for the Program).

3.2 The calculation of valid lots traded for the Welcome Bonus Program is based on the volume traded on Forex and Metal (Gold and Silver); any volume traded on Indices/CFDs, and Oil is not counted towards valid lots traded. Valid lots traded will be considered when a trade is closed. One standard lot means a lot traded Round Turn beyond 5 minutes. Any lot that is opened and closed within 5 minutes will not be counted as a completed lot traded.

3.3 The Welcome Bonus will be calculated based on USD only. Should the base currency of the trading Account differ, the appropriate conversion rate will apply.

3.4 The Company will not be liable for any potential issues or losses on the client’s front, including any financial losses that may be incurred during the campaign period. Forex and derivatives involve a high level of risk. There is a possibility that a client may experience a significant loss that can quickly exceed the initial investment. Please take extra care and be cautious when handling trading risks.

3.5 All Bonus and Incentive Programs are at the Company’s discretion.

4.1 Il bonus previsto da questo Programma è una tantum e non può essere accumulato e/o richiesto ripetutamente.

4.2 A seguito della registrazione del Cliente al Programma Bonus di Benvenuto, se rimane sul conto un deposito netto di almeno 200 $ al momento della registrazione, oltre a soddisfare il numero minimo di Lotti Standard negoziati richiesti e a comunicare alla Società la propria qualificazione tramite e-mail, chat live o tramite il proprio account manager. La Società esaminerà la qualificazione del Cliente e accrediterà l'importo del bonus corrispondente sul suo conto previa approvazione. Ulteriori dettagli sui valori del Bonus di Benvenuto sono i seguenti:

Ad esempio: un Cliente deposita 1.000 $ USD sul proprio Conto Live attivato, si registra per partecipare al Programma Bonus di Benvenuto e successivamente completa 15 Lotti Standard. Dopo aver comunicato a Radex Markets la qualificazione, la Società esaminerà la domanda del Cliente. Se tutti i requisiti sono soddisfatti, l'importo del Bonus di 50 $ verrà accreditato sul conto del Cliente. D'ora in poi, tutti gli ulteriori lotti negoziati non saranno inclusi nel calcolo del Programma.

4.3 Clients who have completed the number of required standard lots need to send an email to [email protected] from the registered email address on file to claim the bonus. Below is the template for a bonus-claiming email:
Subject: (Trading Account Number) + (Client Name) + Welcome Bonus Application
Email Content: (Trading Account Number) + (Client’s Full Name) + Numbers of standard trading lots completed
Clients could also notify Radex Markets through Live Chat or through their account manager.

4.4 The terms of 60 calendar days in this Program will come into effect after the Client has funded their trading account as well as being accepted by the Company to enter the Program. The Company will notify participants of acceptance via email.

4.5 After being accepted to enter the Program, the Client’s lots traded on the trading account will be deemed as valid lots traded. Please note, any lots traded prior to entering this Program and after the bonus is granted will not be counted towards valid lots traded.

4.6 The Welcome Bonus can be applied to one (1) Account per Client and per IP address only. In the event that a Client has already applied for the Welcome Bonus to a live Account, no other sub-account may apply for this Welcome Bonus under any circumstances.

4.7 Under this Program, the Welcome Bonus that each client can earn is up to USD $500.

4.8 The Program cannot be combined with other offers or other bonus programs offered by the Company.

5.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse to offer this Program at its sole discretion without the need to provide justification.

5.2 If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has abused and/or manipulated the Terms and Conditions of this Program by hedging their positions internally (using other trading accounts held with the Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers) and/or has not acted in good faith, the Company reserves the right to refuse to grant the bonus.

5.3 If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a Client has more than one account under this Program, the Company reserves the right to refuse to give the bonus.

6.1 Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Company’s Management in a fair manner.

7.1 The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products that involve a high level of risk. When trading in such products, it is possible for Clients to lose all their invested capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone, and Clients should ensure that they understand the risks involved. Clients should seek independent advice if necessary.

7.2 These Terms and Conditions are made in the English language. Any other language translations are provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and their translations, the original versions of English, shall prevail.
